Nestled atop the rolling farm hills of Oconee County, the Tucker Farm Cottage is a 1940’s cottage style home renovated in 2015. It is complete with all the amenities along with front porch sunset views and an expansive view overlooking cattle grazing on farm land purchased by our century farm family. Farming practices are still held today with Angus cattle, corn and hay silage so you may see tractors riding by on occasion. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy, farm-house, this is the place for you. Relax, unwind and enjoy the slow life. We sure do!

Complete with great kitchen amenities, fully stocked K-cup coffee station and great wifi, you will find yourself wanting to stay over and over again.

Parking:

Guests can enjoy a large area to park with plenty of room to pull a boat or trailer.

Cameras:

There are cameras located on the property for your safety and our property protection. However, there are no cameras located inside the home.

Laundry:

Guests have access to the home’s washer and dryer.

Pets:

We are pet friendly. We ask that you crate your pet (crate provided in the laundry area) if you are going to leave your pet. Damages will be charged. Please pick up pet waste outside.

Trash:

Please put only bagged trash in canister under garage. Trash pick up is on Monday mornings.

We are located about 5 miles off interstate I-85 at Exit 2. The location is peaceful and quiet but you may see farm equipment every so often. Feel free to wave. This perfect farm house getaway is a must-stay if you are coming to visit Oconee County, SC. We are 20 minutes from Seneca, Clemson and Anderson, SC.
